Title – Kumari 21 F, Producers – Sampath Kumar and Sridhar Reddy, Direction – Sriman Vemula, Music – Sagar Mahathi, Cinematography – Rami Reddy, Cast – Pranam Devaraj, Nidhi Kushalappa, Umesh, Ritish, Akshay, Manoj, Chidanand, Ravi Kaale, Sangeetha, Avinash and others.

This is an up to date cinema for the younger generation and for the oldies there is a piece of advice on mistaken identity in life. Have patience in life. Do not react without proper knowledge of the situation. In the case of heroine and also in the case of parents hasty decisions how costly it is you will find when you come out from the theatre.

Sriman Vemula in his debut cinema in Kannada has a few hiccups but overall he has something tremendous to watch the film ‘Kumari 21 F’ once.

A remake of the same title from Telugu of Sukumaran, this Kannada version has a good flow in the second half and first half is a focus with dashing moments of Kumari of 5.4 feet height 48 kilos and 34/36/34 in size and shape that is Nidhi Kushalappa for you – on screen she is Kumari.

A sweet and beautiful girl Kumari is very bold. She gives first kiss to Siddu on road. She comes very close in her home with him by showing her partial physical beauty. The girl is so fast and daring. The boy Siddu is timid with perplexed nature of Kumari.

Siddu three friends are jealous of him and they have some ulterior motive. The trio fills in wrong contentions in the mind of Siddu who wants to say I Love You to Kumari.

A video of Kumari at this time caught in prostitution in Mumbai reveals that her name is Meena Kumari. It is a point of no return one would feel but on the family front of Siddu a great developments changes his calculations with Kumari.

Twenty years ago Siddu father and mother had a clash. That is out of mistaken identity of another lady with Siddu father. For an important photograph for Siddu – the requirement of father and mother living in the colony is a must. At this point of time the situations lead to some realization of mistakes for good.

The same principles Siddu applies to his days with Kumari. At this time the situation is gory because of his friends. Siddu takes the right step in saving the grace of Kumari, he teaches his friends a lesson for their mistakes.

It is a marvelous film for Nidhi Kushalappa. She has set her ground in cinema for a great growth from this film. Sweet, well built, good in acting – what else you require.

Pranam Devaraj in his debut film is calm and quiet. The dance and dialogue delivery are quite OK. To tap his talent other forms of films are needed.

Sangeetha and Avinash have small sentiment portions. The trios Ritish, Manoj and Akshay supported well. Chidanand as Dr Rajakumar admirer owning a Tea/Coffee shop is in very interesting portion of the film.

Prashanth Rajappa dialogues are good, Sagar Mahathi has lent two good scores – song of Puneeth Rajakumar is highlight of this film. Cinematographer Rami Reddy has done a competent job.

Go for Kumari and for Devaraja Kumara!
